BandFinder — Full-Stack Music Events Platform with AI Search

BandFinder is a full-stack platform for discovering, managing, and booking music events. The system supports public and private events, band profiles, admin moderation, real-time communication, and AI-powered search. I implemented backend APIs, database models, user roles, moderation flows, and semantic search using embeddings.

Backend first, AI where it earns its keep.

I build backend-heavy systems where AI has a clear operational purpose: pricing decision tools, RAG assistants, conversational workflows, and automation platforms. BSc Computer Science student at the University of Crete.

Owned a production pricing decision platform end-to-end — ETL for ~12GB of CSV market data, pricing logic, monitoring, and revenue metrics for ~100 rental properties. Built a RAG assistant over ~500 internal documents with semantic ranking and hallucination guards. Resolved a CPU-exhaustion server crash through concurrency controls.
